Immunization Services

Benton County Health Department offers a variety of immunizations to the public, with most insurance accepted. If you do not have insurance, there are also some alternative options available; such as private pay and state vaccine programs. When visiting for shots it is important to bring a copy of your insurance card and also a copy of the shots you have already had. Without a prior shot record it can be difficult to determine what shots you or your child are truly in need of. When you bring your record we do our best to put it into the state archive system so it will be available should you ever happen to misplace your record. Immunizations are available by appointment only; Monday – Friday 8:00-11:30 and 1:00-4:30 at the Warsaw office.
